Elizabeth Tupper
Clinical Psychologist

I am a clinical psychologist based in Middle Park, Melbourne. I work with adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. My focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and always centred on your goals and experiences.

I also have a strong interest in the intersection between mental and physical health, including chronic illnesses, persistent pain, and surgery. This comes from my work in both private and public hospital settings.

My therapeutic work is also informed by a career that has encompassed experience in the creative and arts industries, the education and government sectors, and working as an executive and as an economist. These experiences allow me to bring a broad and flexible perspective to therapy.

When not working as a psychologist I enjoy gardening, engaging in creative pursuits, and learning about life.
