I support people with a variety of concerns, including:
·Mood Disorders - including depression and anxiety
Trauma and Abuse - including childhood trauma and neglect
·Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and complex trauma – ensuring you feel safe, heard and the therapy approach is gentle
Relationship, interpersonal and attachment issues – exploring how early childhood experiences impact interpersonal relationships and friendships
·Self-esteem – supporting challenges with low self-esteem, emotional sensitivity, low confidence intense emotions, or difficulty with managing feelings and emotions.
Stress – supporting workplace and executive pressures to the general demands of life.
Personality-related issues – long-term patterns of behaviour and relationships that impact day-to-day life, including Borderline Personality presentations
·Grief - compassionate support through bereavement and other forms of loss.
·Sleep issues – working to understand its psychological and behavioural features
Chronic Pain – exploring how mental and emotional factors like stress, anxiety, and depression influence pain perception and experience
·Neurodiversity – working to ensure you are heard and supported.
Medicare and Referrals
You are welcome to book without a referral, however, if you want to claim a Medicare rebate, you’ll need to see your GP for a Mental Health Care Plan.
Rebates can also be obtained on most private health insurance (“extras”) policies.
You are eligible for up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions each calendar year with a GP referral.
